Since 2010, ToornendPartners has been acting as a consultant on maintenance and management for City Theatre De Harmonie in Leeuwarden. ToornendPartners’ unique knowledge in the field of buildings as well as theatre technology has been used, amongst other things, to create an all-encompassing vision and approach for maintenance and management. Based on this vision the internal organization was partly adapted and has become a professional partner in this field to the owner of the building, the municipality of Leeuwarden. Advice was given on the separation of tasks and responsibilities between the owner and user, the optimization of existing multi-year maintenance plans, the lease and various maintenance agreements.
As a result, De Harmonie is now able to largely direct the maintenance work by itself. ToornendPartners supports De Harmonie with maintenance questions on a time and expense basis.
