In anticipation of the new Kunstmuseum Flevoland, a temporary pavilion is being developed in the heart of the Floriade Expo: Kunstpaviljoen Flevoland ToornendPartners was commissioned by the municipality of Almere to develop a Project Plan based on the core values of the project such as sustainability, circular economy and innovation. The Project Plan includes the design brief the investment costs and all other parameters defining the project. A number of artists have been commissioned to submit designs for the pavilion. ToornendPartners is currently responsible for managing the design process during which the winning design of Studio Ossidiana will be developed and prepared for construction. The opening of the new Art Pavilion will coincide with the opening of the Floriade Expo in April 2022.
