ToornendPartners carried out a feasibility study for the optimization of Jurriaanse Kwartier at the request of the Municipality of Rotterdam and the Concert- and Congresgebouw Foundation of de Doelen. The Jurriaanse Kwartier houses de Doelen’s second concert hall.
The optimization relates, among other things, to accessibility, logistics and improved usability. In this study, ToornendPartners compares the relevant options of a number of variants together with the investment costs and the effects on the cost-effective rent, so that clients can make a well-founded decision on the usefulness and necessity of future adaptations.
