The new headquarters of the European Patent Office (EPO) in Rijswijk are being built under a Design & Construct contract. ToornendPartners fulfils the role of Claims Manager. In this capacity, ToornendPartners forms part of the advisory team that supports EPO in safeguarding the quality of the process and the end result. The prestigious and unique project measuring approximately 88,000 square metres GLA will not only become EPO’s new home upon completion, but will also give a quality impulse to the Plaspoelpolder area. The project’s design phase is now underway, whereas completion of the entire project was late 2018.
